In SEO Fitness Workbook, Jason McDonald takes the reader through practical steps on optimizing a website for SEO and helps the reader understand why it’s not something that happens overnight.

He reviews page tags, keywords, content, blogging, links, social media, and measuring the results of these activities. The book is written for anyone who has a website and is a workbook that should be reviewed in the front of the computer. Online marketers may want a little more detail than what’s offered here. However, people who are not familiar with SEO will find it a helpful guide to getting started.
