Highway to Hell by Matt Roper

Although not an easy book to read, “Highway to Hell” is definitely a story that needed to be told.  Roper shares experiences from his travels about entire communities that are full of child sexual exploitation.  It’s hard to believe that parents are willing to sell their own children and Matt tells these hard truths firsthand.

It’s a great book that gets right into the heart of the matter rather than making it a story about Matt.  His goal in writing it is a noble one.  In an engaging style, he keeps the focus on the tragic stories of these girls who don’t know any other way of living.  Reading it will break your heart and open your eyes.  When you finish the book - and maybe even beforehand - I guarantee you’ll spend some time on his web site learning more about the work being done to address this problem.

Note: I received this book for free from Kregel Publications in exchange for an honest review.
