Preemptive Love: Pursuing Peace One Heart at a Time by Jeremy Courtney

Jeremy Courtney has a noble goal of assuming the best about people and searching for peace wherever he goes. Love first. Ask questions later. His mission of the Preemptive Love Coalition in Iraq is to provide life saving medical treatment to children.  Courtney's dedication and transparency to this mission are admirable and inspiring.  He invites you into his experiences and tells you exactly how it was - which definitely wasn’t easy.

If I admire his story, why then am I only giving the book 3-stars?  I had a little trouble following the narrative as he switched back and forth from telling his stories and making his points. However, I don’t want that to dissuade a potential reader from taking in this message.  His experiences about the good things from God being just beyond the edges of “Too small” are ones I’m glad he shared.

Disclaimer:  I received this book for free from Simon and Schuster in exchange for an honest review.
